The Goals:
Tactical: comprehensive plan & healing campus for specialty veterinary hospital
Emotional: a campus that promotes employee revitalization and client restoration
The Client: veterinarian owners
The Timeline: overall plan evolution = 12 months, healing campus development project = ongoing since 2012 (still ongoing as of 2021)
